Sand Cloud
Sand Cloud runs a different ad for nearly every product — bedding, towels, ponchos, blankets — each with its own angle. Before Playbook, every one landed on the same generic category page, which couldn't keep the promise the ad had just made.

The mismatch
A different ad for every product. The same generic page for all of them.
Sand Cloud's creative is angle-driven, and it spans the whole catalog — a bedding bundle sold as hotel-grade sleep, a towel bag as a festival essential, a poncho as a post-surf quick change. Their test names read like a list of value propositions rather than a product catalog, and each ad makes a specific promise about a specific product.
All of it landed on generic category pages. A shopper promised a festival essential arrived at a page that said nothing about festivals — and had to do the translation themselves, or leave.
There's a second problem underneath the first. Building a new landing experience the old way — a designer, a dev ticket, a deploy — costs enough that a brand with a dozen creative angles ends up shipping one page per category. (On Sand Cloud's headless storefront, that cost ran even higher.)
Time to live
Median time from idea to live ad traffic: 2 hours 18 minutes.
Ten of Sand Cloud's fourteen launched experiences went live the same day they were built; six were live within the hour — with no dev ticket and nothing deployed.

That last number is the one to keep. Eight experiences built and never run isn't waste — it's what becomes possible when a landing experience costs an afternoon instead of a sprint. You can build the idea, look at it, and decide against it.
The experience that won
A Bundle & Save ad, answered above the fold.
The ad promised a coordinated bedding set at 30% off. Every section of the experience confirms one half of that promise — the set, or the discount — and the reviews are chosen to answer the objection this specific buyer has. Target: home decor buyers over 40 shopping coordinated bedding.
